Electronic Policy Delivery SystemSIU's Electronic Policy Delivery System (e-Policy) is designed for the Independent Agency to receive documents via email in a PDF format. E-Policy allows for expedited receipt of documents and mitigates postal delays. Claim Services Network (CSN) is SIU’s in-house claims division and is responsible for administering all claims handling services for SIU. In addition to the experienced adjusters on staff, CSN has assembled an extensive network of field investigators that work in tandem to quickly resolve claims for policies issued through SIU.
